Toffee you won’t break your teeth on, our Honey Butter Toffee is about two thirds toffee and one third dark Ghirardelli chocolate. Our Honey Butter Toffee is hand made in small batches, using honey and pure cane sugar, Mediterranean sea salt, rich butter and topped with dark Ghirardelli chocolate.

Hand molded pieces about one inch honeycomb shapes, our toffee is small enough to dissolve in your mouth for a slow, delicate rich flavor or can be chewed up in classic toffee tradition. The right amount of Mediterranean sea salt to contrast the sweet cane sugar and aromatic subtle raw honey beautifully formed in hand poured molds for a more uniform, consistenct experience from Johnny & Elle. Each piece of toffee is laboriously hand made by Johnny & Elle in small batches.
