Established in 2015, Johnny & Elle had their first conversation at a mutual friend’s Fourth of July backyard party. That conversation was about garlic & onions, no joke, garlic & onions. After a few more conversations Johnny & Elle were head over heels for each other. Together we have started Chicago Johnny’s Co selling seasoning blends & Chicago style condiments, Crescent City Cajun catering & food services, Chicago Johnny’s Italian Beef & Catering, & we now present Johnny & Elle.

Combining our over 30 years of industry experience, we are taking our knowledge of an online storefront & our recipe creating talents to create luscious, decadent, beautifully rounded flavors for our hand made, artisan, small batch bakery. Operating out of a commercial kitchen in small town Americana Woodstock, Illinois, Johnny & Elle are building their future one hand made cookie at a time.

We jumped at the opportunity to play around with the aromatic, earthy, almost woody profile of raw honey. We, for some time, have balanced our cookies with whole wheat flour, blackstrap molasses, coarse pure cane sugar, rich vanilla paste & extracts, coarse Mediterranean sea salt, & unbleached flours to create unique & outstanding beautiful texture & flavors.
