An offering of Johnny & Elle’s handmade bakery items. What Johnny lacks in ‘plating’ techniques he makes up for in taste. An innate ability to mix flavors and ratios together for the most pleasant, euphoric experiences possible, that’s how Johnny operates. Not classically trained, a natural in the kitchen, Johnny has a unique way of looking at textures, flavors, ingredients, and techniques to make unique, delectable baked goods. You would be surprised by how simply adding a whole wheat flour to your cookies can add an earthy, slightly nutty note.
